The BLACKGOLD RIG is the ultimate rig. It has been chosen as the official IODA Optimist World Championship rig. It has also been chosen for the European, Asian and Oceanian Championships. Feature for feature, there is no equal to the Optiparts BlackGold. 45 micron black anodized. All black fittings, Harken ball bearing pulleys and Vectran ropes. Constructed from the highest grade of aluminum available (Aerospace spec 7075 T6 Alloy).
 This set of spars consists of a Blackgold EX900 mast Ø45mm, a Blackmax EX955 boom Ø55mm, and an EX960 spar Ø27mm.
