At Nautica ForSailors SL, we strive to offer the highest quality products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following return policy:

1. Deadline for returns
You have a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to request a return.

2. Conditions for return
The product must be in its original condition, unused and in its original packaging.
Proof of purchase or invoice is required.
3. Return procedure
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@forsailors.es indicating your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with shipping instructions.

4. Return costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective products or shipping errors.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the merchandise, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days through the original payment method.

6. Defective or damaged products
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately to arrange an exchange or refund.
