Removable hinge assembly with a molded fiber core in the center that, in the event of rubber breakage, allows the race to be terminated. It is mounted with an aluminum pin. The pin is held in place by the piece of heat shrink tubing. To remove the assembly simply cut the tubing and pull out the pin.
